We conduct our credit checking and referencing process via Homelet, a market leading referencing and insurance specialist. Once the references are successful, we arrange a moving in date and prepare the Tenancy Agreement and Inventory & Schedule of Condition. Whether providing a Let Only or Full Management service, we conduct the move-in to the property and guide your tenant through the process of taking the property over, including taking meter readings and corresponding with utility suppliers and council authorities.
The Full Management service provides for taking care of any day-to-day maintenance issues or emergencies, along with periodic inspections of the property to ensure that your tenant is enjoying living at the property and is looking after it. At the end of the tenancy, we conduct the check-out procedure, taking meter readings again and corresponding with utility suppliers and council authorities.

Saddlers is a member of a Client Money Protection Scheme administered by Propertymark. The Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme is a compensation scheme run by Propertymark which provides compensation to landlords, tenants and other clients should an agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds.
